Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the relevant agreement. Upon termination, ACM will provide a final report and transfer all relevant assets to the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

ACM's liability is limited to the total fees paid in the three months prior to any claim. ACM is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or website.
